Having "a roof over your head" is considered one of the essentials for a happy life. But we normally don't give much thought to the one over ours until something starts to go wrong with it. Regions that receive regular rainfall may give their roofing consideration more regularly, but the predominantly dry Southwestern climate experienced in Arizona often causes us to go for years and years without giving the status and condition of our own roof much thought.

It isn't true that our regional climate gives us a special reprieve from roofing concerns. The extreme sun and heat, wide and rapid changes in temperature, the dry air, and the excessive wind often experienced in Arizona have their own sorts of weathering effects on the roofs and roofing materials that protect our homes and businesses, even without rainfall and snow. The only difference is that we may not notice right away. When the rain does come, significant deterioration and leaks or leaking potentials may have been developing for many years. By far the most common form of residential roofing in Arizona is concrete tile, which is commonly thought to last forever. While the tile itself does remain durable for quite a long time (often up to 50 years or more), the materials that support it do not. Continually taxed by the weather, these materials can melt, dry out and decay within 10 to 15 years and cause numerous problems while the tile itself is still good.

In the past year, I had had dealings with 2 roofing companies, due to the wind taking the roof off my attached room. If I told you what I went thru with the first one, you wouldn't be able to print it and use it. I hired another company and was satisfied with their work.
But nowhere did they match up to your company, as far as speed and professionalism. Don't get me wrong, they did the job, but I had several leaks in the tie in section to the mobile which had to be fixed and were.
I asked you for a picture of the roof so I could see it and had it instantaneously, and was e mailed a copy the next day. I couldn't ask for better professionalism. It is the little things that count that a company does for the client that makes a difference.
