I own and use a Jawbone Prime bluetooth headset with my iPhone. It's a fantastic combination. Well, the other day the ear loop that holds it on my ear broke, due to fatigue of the plastic or whatever—it just broke. This was my first Jawbone headset, but I've recommended Jawbone to friends who have subsequently purchased a Jawbone and have been very happy with it, and I was already planning to get a new Jawbone Icon as well. So I called Aliph's customer service number to see what could be done. (I was willing to buy another ear loop if necessary.) Here's what happened next...(it's not what you think).

We've just recently produced a new product demo for Fluke Networks, the world leader in hand-held network testing tools. The new product, AirCheck, quickly and easily troubleshoots problems commonly found in corporate Wi-Fi environments. The demo consists of five typical scenarios a user may find themselves dealing with, such as "why is the wireless network so slow". And since usability is a key selling point, we included for the first time an "Explore" section which allows the user to navigate around the product while the appropriate screens are displayed on the LCD.
