Traveling South on I-5

Take the Everett Avenue Exit (194) and travel west on Everett Avenue to Colby Avenue. Turn left on Colby and we are located on the left on the 10th floor of the Key Bank Building (2707 Colby Avenue). 

Traveling North on I-5

Take the Pacific Avenue Exit (193) and travel west on Pacific Avenue to Colby Avenue. Turn right on Colby. You will see the Key Bank Building on the right hand corner of Everett Avenue and Colby. Our offices are located on the 10th floor.

Parking

There is plenty of one hour free parking located on Colby and Wetmore Avenues. There is also parking in the garage underneath our building. The rates are as follows, 0-2 hours is $3.00, 2-4 hours is $5.00 and 4-10 hours is $10.00. To access the parking garage, take a left onto Wetmore Avenue from Everett Avenue (travelling west on Everett Avenue); turn right at the first driveway (which runs in front of the Everett Performing Arts Center); the parking entrance is marked "Customer Parking" and is located in the basement of the Key Bank Building.
