A common question for those looking to add an even greater custom touch to their wheels is how to mask off indentations or other areas. There's not really one answer that works for all, but there are methods one can use to mask off these areas on the wheel.

Talk about a cool job! This customer is a fire fighter at the Grand Canyon. Fire fighters recognize the importance of reliable gear, and a Honda Ridgeline has got this one covered. For a more custom look, the customer went with a black on black look. Ridgeline's aren't for everyone, but we really like them, especially with black wheels.

The Scion tC is a sharp looking car. It offers affordable performance and Toyota quality. Another thing this Scion has going for it is a clean, dent-free silver paint job. This customer painted the calipers yellow and the wheels gloss black. The before and after pics are dramatic. What a difference!

Here's a winning combo for sure on this black Jeep Grand Cherokee. This detail-oriented customer really threw down a great coat of paint as you can see. I think it looks awesome. What do you think?

It might seem strange to do a blog entry on payment methods, but I think it's worthwhile to mention how our customers can purchase a kit or an eGUIDE. First of all, we do not require that you have a PayPal account or open one. It may appear that way, but you can bypass creating a PayPal account by selecting the "Don't have a PayPal account?" link, as shown.

Another fine color choice by one of our customers. With a shiny black paint job, it was almost a no-brainer to go with gloss black wheel paint. The customer provided some excellent feedback as well:

For the record we do not dislike powdercoating. What we dislike, however, is the hassle and cost associated with getting it done. The attack on wheel paint by powdercoaters is, inevitably, the claim that there's a durability issue. As wheel painters our retort is that when applied properly, durability is a non-issue. By following the proper steps (outlined in our eGUIDE), one can rest assured that wheel paint is extremely durable. Automotive-related forums are notorious for unfounded claims of "rattle can" wheel painters being low-budget trash (see cheap) and that it "will just come off in a few months." It never fails. And the debate rages on.
