Travertine

Travertine:  The simple beauty of this stone is a real head turner.  It is timeless yet rich, usually cream or reddish in color.  It is formed through the accumulation of calcite from hot springs, containing lots of holes that were formed from water flowing through the stone.  These holes are often filled with synthetic resins or cements.  It is classified as a limestone and a marble.  Commonly used for floors & bathrooms.
