I want to go what do I do?

Contact us using the Contact tool and provide the following...

• You and your groups name
• Contact Information
• Dates you are interested in building
• Location of the build

Upon receiving an approval email....

• Send in a non refundable ground fee deposit of $50 per person. The remaining ground fee and construction funds are due 30 days prior to the build dates.
• Send Ground Fee Deposit to Alternative Missions:
  Alternative Missions
  PO Box 5835
  Goodyear, AZ 85338
  Include a note that the check is payment for “Dwellings/build location & dates”
  Also; specify if the payment is ground fees or house construction fund.

Purchase your plane ticket.

• You are responsible for your flight arrangements. Send us a copy of your flight itinerary so we can arrange to meet you at the airport. 
  

Begin communicating with those you know who may want to participate.

People will be interested in what you will be doing. Many who cannot go will want to participate in some way. Make sure and include others by...

• Asking them to donate funds towards the house or your trip expenses. Donations are tax deductible if the checks are made out to "Alternative Missions".
• Asking them to pray for safety and success on your trip.
• Asking them to follow the build on Facebook or Dwellings website while you are away building.
  

I think you will be surprised at the level of interest in your house building trip.  I have always liked this quote by Mother Theresa... "You can do things I cannot do, I can do things you cannot do and together we can do great things".
