The season will end with the Washington State Freestyle Championships in May.
Beginner/Intermediate - 2 practices a week
Our Folkstyle season will be focused on preparing to compete at local and regional competitions. Practices will be aimed at preparing athletes technically, mentally and physically for local competition.
Advanced - 3 practices a week
Folkstyle season will be focused mostly on the technical aspects of the sport including both neutral and on the mat. Athletes will be trained to peak at regional and national competitions and the WA State Championships.
