Public records of the Housing Authority of Snohomish County are available for public review and copying through the Public Records Act. The Public Records Act (Ch. 42.56 RCW) requires public agencies to make identifiable, non-exempt public records available for inspection and copying on request. If you would like to request to review or to have copies of records, please complete HASCO’s Request for Public Records Form.

Please be as specific as possible in what you are requesting. Include, where applicable, inclusive dates, project names, program names and any information that will assist staff in a timely response.
Cost: There is no charge for viewing documents or files. There is a fifteen cents per page charge for photocopies or scanned documents + postage cost if applicable.
Hours for Review: Public records are available for inspection and photocopying Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding legal holidays. An appointment is necessary.
