The Housing Authority of Snohomish County operates a variety of rental assistance programs serving more than 5,000 families, seniors and disabled individuals.
Do you need help paying your rent? Do you need an affordable place to live? You may be eligible for a rental assistance program.
Are you a low-income home owner? Do you live in your home? You may be eligible for a low interest home rehabilitation loan.

If you need a place to stay tonight, there are a number of emergency housing resources in the community that may be available to you.
HomeSight, HASCO’s nonprofit partner, provides home buyer assistance in Snohomish County and HASCO administers the Section 8 Homeownership Program and owns 3 manufactured housing communities.
HASCO has several programs that provide both housing and supportive services to assist homeless households on their journey to self sufficiency. These programs include the Project-based Voucher Program, the Shelter Plus Care program, and the HUD-VASH program for homeless veterans.
