Low-Income/Rent Public Housing
These housing developments house 277 households in suburban communities, including one designated for senior/disabled households. Residents pay rent based on their income or a flat rent. Income restrictions apply.
Rental Housing properties are apartments owned by HASCO and available to individuals and families, regardless of income, at an affordable rent.
Family Homeless Housing
HASCO provides 51 units of project-based voucher housing for homeless families with children. Participants receive a rent subsidy and supportive services.
Manufactured Housing Communities
HASCO is proud to offer affordable homeownership opportunities in 3 manufactured housing communities. All of our communities are owner-occupied and residents pay a modest monthly pad rent.
These housing units are available to senior (age 62 and older) and disabled households. Residents pay rent based on their income. Income restrictions apply.
