HASCO owns 13 properties designated for senior and/or disabled households. This includes 1 public housing property, 5 rural development properties, 6 project-based properties, and 1 market-rate property. Rent at the public housing property and the project-based properties is set to 30% of the household's income. Rent at the rural development properties is affordable to low, very low and extremely low income households. Rent at the market-rate property is affordable to households that make 60% of the area median income. Income restrictions apply to all these properties.
