With over 20 years of healthcare project experience, staff involvement in national organizations, and leadership in regional sustainable design; CDi is committed to maintaining and developing long-term relationships with clients, associates, and staff. 

As the firm continues to grow, we remain dedicated to our mission of providing top quality design. Through our hard work and dedication to each project's success, we are rewarded with continued repeat business from our clients. Nearly half of our technical staff are LEED APs (19 total; and 2 CSBAs), and we have established a culture of learning and innovation through supportive professional development. Members of CDi's staff are encouraged to pursue both short-term and long-term professional goals.
