It's an aggressive stance, but it brings great clarity to our day-to-day priorities. Dick Moeller, P.E., LEED AP

Principal

Dick is the chief visionary at CDi. His early commitment to sustainable design within the healthcare industry - and his competitive drive - have helped foster the firm's cultural disposition toward continual improvement and professional development. He sees these as essential traits in accomplishing the firm's mission. Dick is an active and respected senior leader in the engineering community and he serves as Chairman of the Design, Construction and Operation of High Performance, Green Healthcare Facilities committee (part of ASHRAE). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, and has his certification as a Healthcare Facility Design Professional administered through ASHRAE.

Norm Brown, P.E., LEED AP

Principal

Norm leverages his attention to detail, technical expertise and industry experience to provide CDi with the kind of hands-on assuredness it takes to manage the operations of a leading engineering firm. Norm is a well-respected and recognized leader in the industry and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University.

Richard Gerber, P.E., LEED AP

Principal

Richard drives the progressive, forward-thinking approach to sustainability that defines much of CDi's leadership in this field. He has an uncanny ability to connect with clients and to help them see the relevance and benefits of taking calculated risks where others might be content to follow the pack. Richard is a former Peace Corps volunteer in Ghana, West Africa; he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State, and a Master of Science degree in Energy Resources from the University of Pittsburgh.

Mark Stavig, P.E.

Principal

Mark has a deep commitment and a passion for sharing his knowledge, both within the company and with our clients. In helping others achieve their goals, he manages to consistently accomplish great things himself. Mark plays an active leadership role within CDi and is a key driver of many client projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University.

Finn Jakobsen

Associate

Finn is very much a citizen of the world and this perspective serves him and CDi very well. Unflappable, good-humored and dedicated to our clients' success, he combines these traits with a strong work ethic to get the job done in a way that sets an example for all of us. Finn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Seattle University.

Todd Bovey, P.E.

Associate

Todd sets the high-water mark for client service within the firm. And in a firm that prides its self on being client-centric, that's quite an accomplishment. He can hold steady and focused amidst a storm of activity, all the while effectively analyzing complex challenges. Todd is a certified Advanced Scuba Diver and hopes to continue exploring the world above and below the water.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. 

Jill Connell, P.E., LEED AP

Associate

Jill is a natural mentor and shares her own knowledge and experience with others in the firm as a matter of course. She's dedicated to hard work and can engage with all types of personalities. Her own personal concern for the environment drives her focus on sustainable design and makes her an effective advocate. She's an avid outdoor adventurer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.

Klaus Tilla, P.E.

Associate

Klaus is a strong leader with a soft disposition - a team player who enjoys teaching and mentoring others. Klaus's talents and skills, combined with his caring and helpful personality, has earned him deep respect from clients and co-workers alike. Klaus studied engineering at Cleveland State University.
