The holistic sustainable approach for the buildings and site design is based upon the Living Building Challenge 2.0 with a Net Zero philosophy. The Net Zero ready facility is highlighted by a mechanical system comprising ground source wells, water-to-water heat pumps, radiant heat, chilled beams, four pipe fan coils in the healthcare areas, and natural ventilation in the public and clinic spaces. The project is being designed using Revit/BIM.

Renovation of existing historic Naval Reserve Building at south end of Lake Union. Project will convert the antiquated open structure facility into a state-of-the-art museum with exhibit areas, environmentally-controlled spaces, offices, classroom, and retail. The mechanical systems will include displacement ventilation, radiant cooling panels, high efficient chilled water system, and acoustically engineering air systems. The project is targeting LEED-CI certification.

New 2,000-seat, multi-tiered community performing arts facility with an auditorium, stage, back-of-house spaces, and front-of-house spaces, as well as a 3-story underground parking garage. Mechanical systems include an underfloor displacement system for the theater seating area and orchestra pit, chilled beam system with 100% outside air system serving dressing room areas, and a green roof. Project is being designed using Revit MEP. This project is tracking LEED-NC certification.
