SEA-LECT pays special attention to ensure that each mold is built to precise specifications and can withstand the high pressures of the process. Depending on your molding needs, SEA-LECT uses hardened tool steel, which can withstand 5000,000 to 2 million cycles. Softer materials, such as aluminum, can also be selected when tool life is not important or lower injection pressures are used.
