As part of its commitment to exceptional customer service, Innovatech offers formal, "On-Your-Job" operator training to every new surface preparation equipment customer. Our training specialist will come to your job site and provide practical, hands-on training that is designed to get your operators up and running with your new Innovatech Terminator flooring removal machine, Predator grinder, shot blaster or scarifier. Our unique "On-Your-Job" training covers operation and routine maintenance of your new machine, tool selection, techniques for unusual or difficult job conditions and dozens of those little tricks of the trade that normally take years of experience to acquire. Our "On-Your-Job" training will flatten out the learning curve, so that your equipment operators are productive and effective with your new Innovatech machine from day one.

Innovatech's "On-Your-Job" training normally costs $1,500 per day (including the time required to travel to your job site) plus expenses (coach class domestic or business class international airline travel, land transportation or vehicle rental, hotel charges, meals, travel fees and taxes and any incidental charges).
