"My home was one of the homes hit in our first winter storm of 2010. It was hit about 10:30 p.m. We called our insurance company and were contacted by a Halo rep within 10 minutes. They were on a job elsewhere and still managed to get to our house within an hour. All said and done there were probably a dozen people working to secure our home. They got the tree removed and the house secured with efficiency and professionalism. They were here again first thing the next morning with a truck and crew to clean up all the debris. I would and will recommend Halo Construction to anyone needing these services!"

I would like to take the time to  thank your company and acknowledge one of your employees, Travis Rummel. 

On the morning of March 17^th 2010, I had the single most terrifying experiences of my life.  A man threw a brick through my living room, barreled up my stairs and began screaming and throwing furniture against the walls of my sons’ bedroom…a few feet down the hall from my own room.  I was in my room while this was happening, and managed to push out my screen, climb out onto the roof below me and scream for help.  Fortunately for me, my neighbors heard the commotion and screaming and called the police. The assailant has not been caught and detectives are still investigating this case. I do not know who the man was---it was a random act.

 I immediately called my insurance company, and they sent your company to my home to assess the damaged building property, board up my window, clean up the glass, (which was everywhere) and right the heavy pieces of furniture.  It is here that I must comment on and give thanks to your employee, Travis Rummel.  Not only did Travis and his crew do an excellent job, but Travis also understood how terrifying and devastating this was for me.  He treated me with compassion and respect, always professional and courteous, and always taking the time to return my phone calls immediately and answering any questions I had. He really went “the extra mile” for me, and made this nightmare a lot easier to deal with. 

So, I want you to know that I am recommending Halo to everyone I know.  I am on the board of our Townhouse Association, and when it comes time for work---I will nominate Halo.  And once again, I want to thank and acknowledge Travis for his excellent work, and for making a very difficult time much less difficult.
